
REFUND POLICY
If a product does not fit or is unsatisfactory an exchange can be arranged within 1-15 working days.
If a product is damaged please indicate details of the damage within 3-5 working days by sending an image email (info@jlove.co.za) or WhatsApp (079 224 2937)
All products that are purchased on sale cannot be returned after payment.
A Full Refund request for a damaged product should be lodged within 3 working days when the product has been received by a customer.
Repayment to the customer’s account should be made within 1-15 days.
All items that the customer wishes to return should be delivered or shipped back to JLOVE and a reimbursement will be arranged with the customer directly.
Failure to follow the RETURNS POLICY may result in customers forfeiting their funds/goods.
